Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup cooked rice


  • 5 tsp Rava


  • 2 tsp curd


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 green chilly chopped


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 capsicum chopped


  • 1 carrot grated


  • 7 to 8 curry leaves


  • 2 tsp corriander leaves


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cup Oil to fry

Directions

  • Take one bowl and mix all the ingredients in it and keep it for 5 minutes
  • Heat the oil in pan
  • Now take the batter and make small ball and give a shape of medu vada and fry it on medium heat till golden yellow
  • Now serve it with chutney and sauce
